This weekend I am going to be an assistant spiritual director at a Walk to Emmaus. If any of you have hone on the spiritual retreat called Walk to Emmaus I would love for you to comment so that others can know about it. It is a phenomenal retreat where a person can get away from the normalcy of life and experience God in a new and profound way. The problem is, that the closest community gathering is about 1.25 hours away from Roxboro. That is why there are only 4 folks at Warren's Grove that have gone on the retreat. I look forward to the day when there will be a closer one that we can participate in. I will be back in time for the big weekend. We are having homecoming this weekend and Ryan Quanstrom and Edgar Ellis are both preaching. See you all then.
